Grip – Aim – Setup – Posture (GASP)

‘AIM’

When we set up to the ball, we want the following to be aiming at the intended target: Feet, Knees, Hips, Shoulders & Clubface.

A way to practice this is by working from the ground up as a checklist to ensure that everything is straight.

As you can see from the photo (right), using a club on the ground pointing towards your intended target will allow you to check your body and feet alignment.
